EVIDENCE BY DESIGN
Our Verification Process
Six checkpoints create a continuous chain of evidence from incoming material to the final shipment.
Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
Every batch of aluminum profile and glass is inspected on arrival. Material certificates are checked, batch numbers logged, and key specifications verified before production.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Fixed inspection checkpoints cover fabrication, welding or assembly, and glazing. Defects are caught during production rather than after delivery.
Finished Product Performance Testing
Systems are tested against recognized structural and building-envelope standards, including air infiltration, water penetration, and structural wind-load performance.
Third-Party Certification
FOWALL window and door systems are backed by Intertek test reports. Select systems are certified to CSA standards and hold NFRC certification for thermal and optical performance rating.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Before a container leaves our facility, final inspection photos, videos, and quality-control documents are recorded and retained for every shipment.
Factory Inspection on Request
Customers or their appointed inspection companies can access the factory to independently verify a shipment before goods leave our facility.

Can you provide third-party test reports?
Yes. Our window and door systems are backed by Intertek test reports, with select systems certified to CSA and NFRC standards. Reports are available on request for the relevant product line.
Can our own inspection company visit the factory?
Yes. We support customer-appointed third-party inspection companies conducting factory inspections before shipment.
What happens if a quality issue is found?
Every batch is traceable back to its raw material source and production stage, so we can identify the cause quickly and provide a resolution rather than a guess.
Do you keep pre-shipment inspection records?
Yes. Every shipment's pre-shipment inspection is documented with photos, video, and quality-control paperwork retained on file.
Will I receive a packing list?
Yes. Every customer receives a packing list with their shipment.
